International Company is looking for an Engineer with a background in Program Management/Liaison Engineering for their Plumbing/Cabinet Hardware/Decorative Metal Plating lines to major accounts in the U.S. They already have a substantial presence in the U.S. and want to find someone with a background in the above products who is both technical but skilled at managing customer issues. They offer a very attractive pay package with bonus, 401k and health benefits. Travel should not exceed 25% with limited overseas travel.

• You must have a background in the Plumbing, Cabinet Hardware or Decorative Metal Plating business to be considered for this role.
• You must also have background in resolving customer issues and superior listening/people skills/follow through.
• A technical degree is also a requirement.
• Prior Program Management or Liaison Engineering experience is ideal.
• A strong track record in resolving customer quality/shipping/production issues is perfect.
• Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.
