Global Manufacturing organization is looking for a Hi-Potential Site Plant Operations Manager for their Grafton area manufacturing facility. Organization is looking for an outstanding operations leader who can develop and step into a Site Manager, Director of Operations and GM assignment in the future.
Requirements include:
- BS in Engineering preferred + MBA
- 10+ years of world-class manufacturing management experience
- 5+ years in an operations leadership position
- Experience with machining, fabrication and assembly
- Experience with materials and quality systems
- Expertise with Lean and Six Sigma implementation
- Strong communication and leadership, mentoring skills
