Dan Ladrech As one of the Managing Partners of FPC of Columbia, Dan holds key operational responsibilities for the management of the Columbia office. In addition to his role as Manager, Dan actively manages a desk, specializing in the placement of Quality, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Engineering professionals. Dan has been recognized as a Top Producer, Rookie of the Year in the entire FPC National system, and as a member of the Million Dollar Club. Before entering the executive search field, Dan excelled as a purchasing professional at Solectron Corporation. In addition, his past career also includes 11 years of Active Service in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. He resigned his commission as a Captain in the USMC. Dan earned his BS degree from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Cameron University. When he is not running all over the southeast as a Classic Soccer Head Coach, Dan loves to travel and support the dedicated U.S. servicemen around the world.
